  • Increasing accessibility and inclusion in Sweden

The AMA project supports young disabled adults in the city of Malmö by helping them overcome exclusion and get actively involved in work or study.

Set up by Sweden’s Social Insurance Agency back in 2012, the project focuses on 400 people with disabilities in Malmö and Blekinge County (aged between 19 and 29), aiming to help at least 35% of them to either find a job or start studying.

The project has seen the Sweden Social Insurance Agency, together with the local Employment Service, implement various new methods and approaches to help increase accessibility and inclusion in Malmö.

You can explore the project in more detail by visiting the official website.
